Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support two directors across a portfolio of businesses, investments and personal affairs.

The successful candidate will become a trusted extension of the directors, helping manage complex priorities, important relationships and a constant flow of activity across multiple ventures. This requires strong commercial awareness, financial literacy and the ability to engage confidently with business, investment, legal and corporate matters.

This role combines executive support, operations, project coordination and personal assistance. It is suited to someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity and who can operate with a high degree of autonomy.

We are interested in proven capability, not potential.

This is a senior appointment requiring substantial experience in a comparable Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Chief of Staff or private office role.

 

Responsibilities

·       Managing complex calendars, meetings and competing priorities

·       Inbox management and professional correspondence

·       Preparing, reviewing and coordinating important documents

·       Conducting research and gathering information to support decision-making

·       Tracking projects, deadlines and key actions

·       Liaising with external stakeholders, advisers and professional service providers

·       Managing travel, logistics and event arrangements

·       Supporting personal and household administration

·       Maintaining accurate records and organisational systems

·       Identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing improvements

·       Supporting a wide variety of ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives

·       Ensuring important matters are followed through to completion

 

 

Essential Requirements

·       Significant experience in a senior Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff or similar role

·       Proven experience supporting senior executives, founders, business owners or principals with complex professional and personal affairs

·       Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·       Strong judgement and problem-solving capability

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

·       High levels of professionalism, discretion and emotional intelligence

·       Strong technology literacy and the ability to quickly master new systems and tools

·       Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
