E-commerce Operations VA / Future COO

We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy E-commerce Operations Virtual Assistant who wants to grow with our business long-term. This is not just a standard VA job; you will start part-time during your onboarding phase, quickly transition to full-time, and eventually have the opportunity to step up as the COO of the entire operation.

What You Will Do

• Manage, maintain, and optimize multiple WordPress / WooCommerce storefronts.

• Handle technical store setups, basic coding/troubleshooting, and payment gateway integrations.

• Coordinate workflows within a remote team to ensure daily operations run flawlessly.

• Take full ownership of store performance, moving from task execution to high-level operations management.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• E-commerce & WordPress Experience: Proven track record in building, launching, and managing online stores. Amateurs need not apply; you must know your way around the ecosystem.

• Technical Skills: Comfortable with basic coding (HTML/CSS), WordPress plugins, and setting up payment systems.

• Leadership and team Experience: Proven experience working efficiently within a team environment.

• Growth Mindset & Availability: Available to start immediately. No 9-to-5 mentality—you are driven by results and scaling the business.

• Execution & Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.

• META: Need experience in meta ads and setup
