Job Description

We are hiring a Market Research Coordinator for a tech-enabled marketplace company in the Sports & Recreation industry. This is a full-time remote role for a US-based company. This role is ideal for someone who is exceptionally detail-oriented, enjoys data organization, and takes pride in ensuring information is 100% accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Acquisition: Source racket sports programming (clinics, leagues, tournaments, camps, etc.) from club websites, booking pages, and social media platforms.

  • Listing Creation: Manually input and update event listings within the admin tool, including event names, sports, skill levels, dates/times, pricing, and descriptions.

  • Linking & Routing: Ensure each listing includes the correct external registration link for a seamless native booking experience.

  • Inventory Maintenance: Conduct weekly refreshes for assigned metropolitan areas to remove expired events and add new programming.

  • Quality Control: Audit listings for broken links, duplicate entries, and formatting consistency to ensure a high-quality user experience.

  • Reporting: Proactively flag missing information, unclear schedules, or high-quality programs that should be featured.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or marketplace operations.

  • Experience navigating various web interfaces, booking software, and social media platforms.

  • Exceptional attention to detail; you are someone who notices a typo or a broken link immediately.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a weekly schedule of updates independently.

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest or background in racket sports (Tennis, Pickleball, Padel, etc.).

  • Experience with content moderation or marketplace inventory management.

  • Familiarity with tracking workflows in project management software.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Internal Admin Tools (Training provided)

  • Google Sheets / Airtable (For source tracking and checklists)

  • Web Research & Link Verification

  • Browser-based workflow management

Schedule & Pay:

  • Full-Time position; Standard Business Hours in US Time Zones (EST) 

  • This is a fully remote job for a US-based company.

  • Pay ranges from R14,000 - R16,5000 / MXN 14,500 - MXN 19,000 - depending on experience and skill.

  • Annual raises, bonuses, confirmed holidays, and PTO.

System Requirements:

  • Internet speed of at least 20 Mbps.

  • Computer with a 2.4 GHz processor or higher.

  • 8 GB of RAM or higher.

  • Windows 10 or newer, or Mac OS X 10.10 or newer.

  • HD 720p webcam.
