Job Description

Job Title: Cold Caller & Client Conversion Specialist — Real Estate Media (USA Market)

Location: Remote | South Africa

Hours: Part-Time | 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Shift: 10:00pm to 2:00am South Africa Standard Time (4:00pm to 8:00pm US Eastern Time). Please only apply if you are comfortable working evening and late-night hours. We have found that the right candidate for this type of role often prefers this schedule — we want someone who thrives in it, not someone who tolerates it.

Base Pay: $5.00 USD/hour

Bonus Structure: Performance-based (see below)


About Us

Listing Media Kit (LMK) is a flat-rate real estate media company serving agents in McDonough, Stockbridge and Griffin Georgia. We make it simple for realtors to get professional photography, video, virtual tours, and more — all at one transparent price, with Pay at Close financing available. We are expanding into a new market and looking for a motivated, people-oriented caller to help us get in front of agents who do not know us yet.


What You Will Be Doing

Your primary job is to research active real estate listings on Zillow that do not yet have a video, identify the listing agent, and reach out to them by phone to offer a complimentary Reel with Agent Intro Hook — a short social media reel delivered at no cost and with no obligation. This is LMK's foot-in-the-door offer, and your goal is to get them to say yes and book the shoot directly on that call.

You own the full booking process. When an agent agrees, you will schedule their free shoot on our calendar — no handoff, no waiting on someone else. You are responsible for getting them on the books.

From there, your role expands into follow-up and conversion:

  • The day after their free shoot is delivered, you will call them to walk them through downloading their reel and how to use it on social media and the MLS

  • You will follow up consistently to nurture the relationship and move them toward becoming a paying client

  • Once they book their first paid shoot, you begin earning bonuses on that agent relationship

This is not a one-call-and-done role. You are managing the full journey from first contact through to conversion, and the bonus structure rewards you for seeing it through.


Bonus Structure

For every agent you convert to a paying client, you earn a bonus on their first three shoots booked with LMK. This resets with every new agent you convert, meaning every agent represents a fresh bonus opportunity with no cap on how many agents you can work.

  • 1st shoot booked: $100

  • 2nd shoot booked: $50

  • 3rd shoot booked: $25

A strong performer working a healthy pipeline of new agents each month can meaningfully increase their total monthly earnings well above base pay. The upside is entirely in your hands.


Who This Role Is For

This is a great fit if you:

  • Are a natural night owl or genuinely prefer working evening and late-night hours

  • Are confident, warm, and natural on the phone — not robotic or scripted-sounding

  • Are organized enough to manage your own prospect list, booking calendar, and follow-up sequence without being micromanaged

  • Are motivated by results and want your effort to directly affect your paycheck

  • Can handle rejection without it affecting your energy on the next call

  • Have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional call environment during your shift

  • Have experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer-facing roles (real estate industry experience is a plus, but not required)
