Overview:
We’re looking for a reliable and confident Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to contact homeowners from pre-built lists and identify those interested in selling their property. This role is focused on lead generation—not closing deals.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to lists of distressed property owners (provided)
Follow a simple script while sounding natural and conversational
Ask qualifying questions to determine motivation to sell
Accurately tag and update call outcomes in our CRM
Identify and flag “hot” leads for follow-up
Maintain a professional and respectful tone on every call
What You’ll Be Calling About:
You’ll be speaking with homeowners who may be facing situations like foreclosure, financial hardship, or unwanted properties. The goal is to see if they would consider selling—not to pressure or close them.
Requirements:
Prior cold calling or telemarketing experience (real estate is a plus)
Strong English communication skills (clear, neutral accent preferred)
Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude
Ability to follow scripts but adapt naturally in conversation
Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
Experience using CRM systems (or quick to learn)
