Cold Call Setter - AI Marketing Services (Commission Only)

About the Role: We're seeking motivated and resilient Cold Call Setters to help local businesses discover our AI marketing services. You'll be the first point of contact, calling through daily lists of 200-500+ prospects to generate qualified appointments for our closing team.

What You'll Do:

• Make 100's of outbound cold calls daily to local businesses across the United States

• Pitch our AI marketing services using proven scripts and frameworks

• Qualify interested prospects and assess their fit

• Schedule appointments and transfer hot leads to our closing team

• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in our CRM

• Follow up with warm leads to maintain engagement

Compensation:

• 100% commission-based: 10-20% of each closed deal

• Unlimited earning potential - the more you set, the more you earn

• Average deal values range from $500-$7,500 USD

Requirements:

• Fluent English speaker with a neutral or American accent (MUST sound native to American businesses)

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales

• Thick skin and resilience - able to handle rejection and maintain energy throughout the day

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

• Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities

• Self-motivated and disciplined (this is remote, commission-only work)

• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

• CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

• Ability to work during US business hours (specify your timezone requirements)
