Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development / Client Success Manager with experience in credit repair and credit building.

This role is ideal for someone who understands customer service, client communication, and credit consulting, and can help ensure our clients stay informed, supported, and engaged throughout their credit journey.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer service calls and client follow-up
• Respond to social media DMs, text messages, and client emails
• Create personalized Loom video updates explaining clients’ credit progress
• Conduct monthly client check-ins to explain account updates and progress
• Educate clients on credit repair and credit building strategies
• Understand client goals and help guide them toward success
• Perform outreach to customers and prospects via phone/video
• Assist with onboarding new clients
• Support administrative workflows and internal operations
• Help maintain smooth communication across the team
• Assist other team members with administrative and client support tasks

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of credit repair and credit building
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable recording Loom/video updates for clients
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Customer-first mindset with consultative communication skills
• Ability to multitask across client service, admin, and outreach
