We equip athletes with performance gear rooted in faith, designed to help them represent something greater on and off the field. We're growing fast and looking for a motivated communicator to be the first voice athletes hear when they discover our brand.

Role: Athlete Sales & Onboarding Specialist

Remote | Hourly + Commission

Compensation

• $3/hour base rate

• 2% commission on every order you close

• $20 bonus for every 5 sales

What You'll Do

• Reach out to and engage athletes who have expressed interest in VZN Athletic

• Guide prospects through our product lineup and answer questions confidently

• Build genuine rapport — understand their sport, goals, and needs

• Onboard new customers and ensure their first purchase experience is smooth

• Follow up with leads who haven't yet converted and reignite interest

• Track conversations and update lead status in our system

Who We're Looking For

• Strong written communicator — friendly, confident, and persuasive over text/DM

• Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline without constant supervision

• Genuine passion for athletics and the faith-driven mission behind VZN

• Prior sales, customer service, or athlete-facing experience is a plus

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
