Who we are

Overtime Men's Health helps men stop guessing about their health and actually fix what's wrong. We run advanced diagnostics — blood work and mitochondrial testing — then pair each guy with a coach who turns those results into a real plan. The men who come to us are already motivated; they've raised their hand. Our job is to get them on a call and into a consultation while that motivation is still hot

What you'll actually do

A lead comes in. You call — fast. Minutes matter, not hours. You're the first human voice they hear from us, so you set the tone: warm, confident, genuinely interested in them. You confirm their details, answer the obvious questions, handle a little hesitation, and get them booked with a coach. Then you chase down the ones who didn't pick up, didn't book, or went quiet. Rinse and repeat.

The whole game is two things: speed, and the kind of conversation that makes a stranger trust you in the first 30 seconds

Who I'm looking for

Someone people genuinely like talking to. That sounds simple, but it's the entire job. I want clear, natural English and real energy on the phone — not a script-reader, not someone who sounds like they're reading off a card. (If I wanted a robot, I'd buy one. I'm hiring a human on purpose.)

You should be organized enough that no lead ever slips through the cracks, and competitive enough that you actually care about your numbers.

Phone sales or appointment-setting experience is a big plus. But if you've got the personality, the hustle, and you're coachable, I'll teach you the rest — we give you full training on the products and the process

The details

Full-time. Remote. You work US business hours — this one's non-negotiable, because our leads are in the US and we call them on their time. We're building toward a team that covers the whole day, so there's real room to grow into a senior or lead role as we scale
