Job Description

Hiring an appointment setter for our bootstrapped multi 7 figure software company.

You’ll call and follow up with warm leads from our Meta ads funnel, qualify prospects, book appointments, and keep the CRM updated. Looking for someone early in their sales career who has excellent English, strong phone energy, and wants to learn the art of sales while making money.

Comp is $500-$800/month base + 3% commission, with the ability to earn up to 5% commission for strong performance.

Our offer is $4,994, so setters earn roughly $150 - $250 per closed deal, plus base.

Ideal person is hungry, coachable, organized, fast to respond, and wants to see how a bootstrapped software company runs from the inside.

Culture:

We have a strong culture and team. We have 5 core team members and 5 contractors working with us on the project. You will be working directly with me, the CEO as I build out the sales department.

Goals:

The goal is to have your OTE start around 2-3k/mo and go to 5-7k/mo at full-scale.
