About Us

Protocol Solutions is a fast-growing medical device company that helps healthcare clinics improve patient outcomes and increase revenue through innovative treatment solutions, including the Nerve Reviver, OsteoReviver, and Peak Relief Laser.

We work with chiropractors, physical therapists, functional medicine clinics, neuropathy clinics, and medical practices across the United States.

We're looking for an Account Manager who can build relationships with existing customers, identify opportunities, and help clinics get more value from our products.

Position Overview

This is not a cold-calling role.

You'll be working with clinics that have already purchased from us.

Your primary responsibility is to maintain relationships with existing customers, identify opportunities for additional product sales, reactivate inactive accounts, and ensure clinics are successfully implementing our solutions.

You will spend most of your day on the phone speaking with clinic owners, office managers, and providers.

Responsibilities

  • Call existing customers and maintain ongoing relationships

  • Contact inactive customers and re-engage dormant accounts

  • Identify clinics ready to reorder products

  • Introduce new products and promotions to existing customers

  • Generate opportunities for OsteoReviver, Nerve Reviver, and other product sales

  • Follow up on previous quotes and conversations

  • Track customer activity inside the CRM

  • Maintain detailed notes and next steps for every account

  • Collaborate with leadership on customer feedback and market opportunities

  • Assist with customer onboarding and implementation when needed

Success Metrics

  • Outbound calls completed each week

  • Customer conversations completed

  • Reactivated accounts

  • Additional revenue generated from existing customers

  • Product reorder volume

  • Customer retention and engagement

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills

  • Comfortable spending several hours per day on the phone

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Ability to build rapport quickly

  • Self-motivated and accountable

  • CRM experience preferred

  • Medical, healthcare, chiropractic, or sales experience is a plus

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $2,500 + 4% commission

  • Commission on sales generated

  • Bonus opportunities for account growth and reactivation
