Pool Safety Solutions is Australia’s leading pool and spa compliance inspection company operating across QLD, NSW and VIC.
We are not a “call centre.”
We are building a national compliance brand and future franchise network.
We’re looking for a confident, driven Sales Representative who can:
• Make high-volume outbound calls to real estate agents, principals and property managers
• Build genuine relationships (not just pitch and pray)
• Book inspections
• Sell prepaid 5-packs and 10-packs
• Open partnership opportunities with agencies and pool shops
• Track performance properly inside CRM
• Handle objections without folding
This is a results-driven role. You will be measured on:
• Calls made
• Conversations held
• Appointments booked
• Revenue generated
• Partnerships opened
You must have:
• Fluent, clear English (neutral or Australian-friendly accent)
• Experience selling into Australian businesses
• Strong objection handling
• Confidence on the phone
• CRM experience (GoHighLevel or similar preferred)
• Thick skin and competitive drive

Wage/Salary: 25k / month + Strong Commission Structure
Uncapped earning potential for performers.
