Pool Safety Solutions is Australia's leading pool and spa compliance inspection company operating across QLD, NSW and VIC. We inspect thousands of pools a year, we're building a national compliance brand and we're preparing for a franchise rollout.
This is not a call centre. This is a business that moves fast, rewards performance, and needs a Sales Leader who can build something, not just fill a seat.

The Role
This is a senior sales leadership position. You will own the outbound function, lead the sales team and be directly accountable for revenue.
You will be responsible for:
• Leading and coaching the outbound sales team - setting daily targets, reviewing calls, improving scripts and closing ratios
• Running high-volume outbound calls yourself to real estate agents, principals, property managers and strata companies
• Selling prepaid 5-packs and 10-packs to agencies and partners
• Opening and managing partnership relationships — REAs, pool shops, strata managers, hotel groups
• Owning the reinspection pipeline and systematically recovering unconverted leads
• Tracking all activity in GoHighLevel (GHL) — calls, conversations, bookings, pipeline movement
• Delivering a daily EOD report to the Director covering outbound conversations, bookings, conversion rate, pipeline activity and blockers
• Building a team culture of accountability, performance and continuous improvement
• Reporting weekly on conversion rates, partnership activity and revenue generated

What You'll Be Measured On
This is a results-only environment. Your KPIs are:
• Outbound conversations per day (team target: 150+)
• Bookings confirmed per week
• Conversion rate — calls to bookings (target: 60%+)
• Reinspection recovery rate (target: 80%)
• Partnerships opened and referrals generated
• Revenue produced per week
• EOD reports submitted — 5 out of 5 days, every week
If it's not logged in GoHighLevel, it didn't happen. That's the standard.

What We're Looking For
You must have:
• Proven experience in a senior sales or sales leadership role — ideally selling into Australian SMEs or property-related businesses
• Demonstrated success running and coaching an outbound sales team
• Fluent, clear English with a neutral or Australian-friendly accent
• Strong objection handling - you don't fold under pressure
• CRM experience - GoHighLevel preferred, or a similar platform (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• The ability to hold a team accountable without micromanaging
• Competitive drive, thick skin, and a genuine love of winning
• Experience selling B2B compliance, property services or similar is a strong advantage
You are NOT the right fit if:
• You need constant direction to know what to do next
• You treat KPIs as optional
• You prefer meetings over results
• You've never personally picked up a phone and sold something hard

Compensation
Employment type: Full-time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Timezone: Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST)
Base salary: R 35,000/month base + uncapped bonuses
Commission: Strong, uncapped structure for performers
Bonuses available for:
• Monthly revenue targets hit
• Partnership wins
• Prepaid inspection bundle sales
• Team conversion rate improvements
Top performers earn significantly above base. There is no ceiling for the right person.
