We are in a growth phase and scaling quickly. This role is critical to ensuring the business runs as efficiently behind the scenes as it does for clients.
This is a Practice Manager / Operator role designed to act as the right hand to the founder, ensuring the business runs, grows, and doesn’t drop balls. A higher level Administrative role.
You will own the operational engine behind revenue growth and client delivery support: from managing inbound activity to ensuring marketing, sales follow-ups, and internal execution are happening consistently.

Ensure all inbound leads, messages, and opportunities are responded to quickly
Track pipeline activity and ensure meetings are scheduled and happening
Follow up on conversations, proposals, and next steps
Support contract creation and sending
Keep the founder accountable to revenue-driving activities
Turn LinkedIn content into blogs and blogs into LinkedIn content
Ensure consistent posting across LinkedIn and the website
Upload, format, and publish blogs (including images and SEO basics)
Coordinate with web developer to ensure updates are happening on time
Maintain consistency in brand presence and messaging
Track open tasks, priorities, and deliverables across the business
Push for updates, notes, and follow-through (internally and externally)
Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Organize and maintain systems for visibility and execution
Act as a forcing function for progress
Coordinate scheduling (QBRs, check-ins, etc.)
Assist with communication and logistics
Ensure smooth client experience behind the scenes
Inbox, pipeline, and follow-ups are consistently managed
Content is being repurposed and published weekly without prompting
Website and LinkedIn presence are active and aligned
Contracts and proposals go out quickly and consistently
Stephany is spending more time on high-value work, not chasing details
Nothing important is slipping through the cracks
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Comfortable managing up and holding a founder accountable
Naturally proactive, you don’t wait to be told what to do
Strong written communicator (especially in a professional tone)
Detail-oriented but able to move fast
Tech-comfortable (CRMs, LinkedIn, website platforms, etc.)
You like being “in the middle of everything” and making it all work
Experience supporting a consultant, agency, or fractional executive
Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy and repurposing
Basic understanding of marketing workflows and funnels
Experience coordinating contractors or small teams
Not a passive assistant role
Not task-only execution without thinking
Not someone who needs constant direction
