About Us

National Skirting is a growing UK manufacturer and supplier of high-quality skirting boards and interior mouldings. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a skilled PPC Specialist to take ownership of our paid advertising strategy and maximise return on ad spend.

The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Google PPC Specialist to manage, optimise and scale our paid advertising campaigns. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home while collaborating closely with our management team.

You will take full responsibility for overseeing our advertising budget, improving performance metrics, and driving profitable growth.

This role is ideal for someone who understands not just how to run ads โ€” but how to make them commercially successful.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max)

  • Oversee and control ad spend to ensure maximum ROI

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

  • Improve Quality Scores and reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA)

  • Monitor and report on performance metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversions)

  • Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, Tag Manager)

  • Continuously test and refine ad copy, bidding strategies and landing pages

  • Work closely with management to align campaigns with company growth targets

  • Identify new paid marketing opportunities and scaling strategies

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Google PPC campaigns with measurable results

  • Strong understanding of bidding strategies and budget allocation

  • Experience managing substantial monthly ad spend

  • Confident with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager

  • Data-driven and commercially minded

  • Strong reporting and analytical skills

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely

Advantageous (Not Essential)

  • Experience running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns

  • Ability to manage multi-platform paid media strategies

  • E-commerce or product-based business experience
