We are hiring a high-level Lead Generation Specialist / Setter to build, manage, and optimize cold email outbound campaigns in the fintech space.
This is a full-time performance role for someone who understands high-ticket B2B outreach, marketing psychology, and ICP refinement.
Our deal sizes range from $8K to $72K, so this is not small-ticket appointment setting. We need someone who understands how to position complex financial services to sophisticated decision-makers.
Build and manage cold email campaigns using Smartlead and similar platforms
Refine and optimize ICP targeting (MSBs, crypto companies, remittance firms, neobanks, fintech founders, etc.)
Handle domain setup, inbox rotation, and warm-up strategy
Monitor deliverability and maintain inbox health
Write and test cold email sequences
Qualify replies and book sales calls directly onto the calendar
Track KPIs (open rate, reply rate, meetings booked, revenue generated)
Continuously optimize messaging and targeting for performance
Minimum 2 years of cold email outreach experience
Experience in the fintech or financial services space (required)
Strong knowledge of:
Smartlead
Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo or similar tools
Email deliverability best practices
Domain infrastructure (SPF, DKIM, DMARC basics)
Proven experience refining and optimizing ICPs
Strong marketing mindset (not just sending emails — understanding positioning and psychology)
Comfortable working full-time EST hours
Performance-driven and accountable
5% commission on closed deals generated from your campaigns
OTE $3,000/month
High-ticket deal flow ($8K–$72K per deal)
Opportunity to scale compensation as performance increases
