Pro Source Home Buyers is a fast-growing real estate investment company seeking a driven, organized, and confident Investor Sales Assistant to support our Disposition Team.
This is a sales-support and business development role. You will be responsible for marketing investment properties, engaging with real estate investors, responding to inbound inquiries, and building new buyer relationships daily.
This role requires strong communication skills, urgency, attention to detail, and comfort with outbound phone activity.
Upload properties to the company website
Post listings on Investor Lift
Post deals in Facebook investor groups
Send text blasts to the buyer database
Ensure all properties are fully marketed within 24 hours
Respond promptly to Facebook comments and direct messages
Reply to investor texts and emails
Answer buyer questions professionally and clearly
Conduct consistent follow-up with interested buyers
Make outbound calls and send texts to prospective investors
Start new buyer relationships
Collect buying criteria (location, price range, property type, funding type)
Enter detailed buyer information into CRM
Maintain accurate and updated investor records
Track communication history
Ensure buyer data is complete and organized
Start 10 new qualified buyer relationships per week
100% of properties uploaded and sent within 24 hours
Respond to inbound messages within 15–30 minutes during business hours
Maintain accurate CRM documentation
This is a performance-driven role. Speed, urgency, and communication matter.
Strong spoken and written English
Confident making outbound calls daily
Comfortable speaking with investors
Organized and detail-oriented
Tech-savvy (CRM systems, social media platforms, online tools)
Reliable high-speed internet
Quiet, professional home workspace
Self-starter with high accountability
Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
$10 per hour
