Advertising Sales Representative (B2B – Remote)

Dad Tribes is looking for a motivated Advertising Sales Representative to help local businesses reach dads in their communities through our platform. In this role, you will sell exclusive advertising zones to businesses that want to connect with local families and fathers.

This is a B2B sales position focused on building relationships with small and mid-size local businesses such as gyms, family activity centers, restaurants, health services, and other community-focused brands.

Your primary responsibility will be identifying potential advertisers, reaching out to them, and helping them claim exclusive advertising zones within the Dad Tribes platform.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and identify local businesses that would benefit from advertising to dads and families

• Reach out to businesses via phone, email, and social media

• Explain the Dad Tribes advertising platform and the value of exclusive advertising zones

• Close new advertisers and onboard them to their zones

• Maintain relationships with advertisers to ensure long-term recurring revenue

• Track outreach and sales activity

Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B sales or business development preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable with outreach, prospecting, and closing deals

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Interest in community-based marketing or local business growth is a plus

Compensation:

• $8–$12 per hour base pay

• Recurring commission on every advertiser you close

• Commission continues as long as the advertiser remains active, creating strong long-term earning potential
