Job Description

Foster Public Adjusting is a U.S.-based property insurance consulting firm that represents homeowners during property damage insurance claims. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help support daily administrative operations. This role is remote and will involve assisting with claim file organization, document preparation, scheduling, and general administrative tasks that support an active claims workflow.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working with documents and spreadsheets, and able to communicate clearly while working remotely with a U.S.-based business.

Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain digital claim files
• Data entry and document formatting
• Assist with preparing reports and correspondence
• Email management and scheduling appointments
• Uploading and organizing photos and documents related to insurance claims
• Basic research and administrative support tasks
• Keeping internal records and task lists organized

Requirements:
• Strong written and spoken English
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Reliable internet connection and computer
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or similar software
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Previous virtual assistant or administrative experience preferred

Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with U.S. businesses
• Familiarity with CRM systems or project management tools
• Experience with document organization and data entry
