Brookland Stays is a fast-growing short term rental management company operating across the UK, managing 80+ properties on behalf of property owners, investors, developers and boutique hotel operators. We deliver higher returns and truly hands-off management for our clients, handling everything from listing optimisation and guest communications to cleaning, maintenance and owner reporting.
The Role

This role is not for the average salesperson. We are looking for someone who is genuinely commission-hungry, self-driven and motivated by results above all else. If you are looking for a comfortable base salary with minimal pressure, this is not the role for you.
The right person for this position is someone who sees the base salary as a starting point and the uncapped commission as the real opportunity. You will be rewarded generously for every property you bring on board — but you will need to go out and earn it.

Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and approach self-managing landlords, property investors, developers and boutique hotel operators across the UK
Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn and industry networks
Conduct discovery calls to understand prospective owners' needs and present Brookland Stays' management proposition
Manage your sales pipeline from first contact through to signed management agreement, maintaining accurate records in HubSpot CRM
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to each client's portfolio and goals
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth handover of newly onboarded properties
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for new properties onboarded
Represent Brookland Stays professionally at industry events, property networking groups and online communities
Provide regular pipeline updates and forecasting to the senior leadership team
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in a sales, business development or account management role — experience in property, short term rentals or hospitality is a strong advantage
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills — comfortable on the phone, on video calls and in writing
Self-motivated and disciplined — able to work independently in a fully remote environment
Experience using a CRM system (HubSpot experience preferred)
Understanding of the UK short term rental or property management landscape is desirable
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through
