Hours:
Part-time, approximately 10–15 hours per week initially, with potential to increase depending on performance and company growth.

Role overview:
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented remote contractor to support the international growth of Scan Ladder, an innovative dental technology product used by implant dentists, dental laboratories and digital dentistry teams worldwide.

This role is focused on lead research, CRM management and reseller prospect organisation. The successful candidate will help identify potential distributors, dental suppliers, implant companies, dental laboratories, universities, training providers and key industry contacts internationally, preparing qualified opportunities for the sales and management team.

This is a remote independent contractor position suitable for someone who is organised, comfortable with online research and able to maintain accurate CRM and prospect tracking systems.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify potential reseller opportunities internationally, including dental suppliers, implant distributors, digital dentistry companies, dental laboratories, universities, education providers, DSOs and relevant industry partners.

  2. Build and maintain organised lead databases and CRM records with:

  • Company name

  • Website

  • Country

  • Contact name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • LinkedIn profile

  • Notes and relevant comments

  1. Categorise leads by type, including:

  • Dental supplier

  • Implant distributor

  • Dental laboratory

  • University

  • Education group

  • DSO

  • KOL

  • Course provider

  • Digital dentistry reseller

  1. Research whether companies already sell implant, prosthetic, intraoral scanning, CAD/CAM or digital dentistry products.

  2. Prepare organised weekly lead lists for the sales coordinator and management team to review and contact.

  3. Help maintain accurate CRM systems, spreadsheets and reseller tracking records.

  4. Update lead status, follow-up notes and opportunity stages as instructed.

  5. Assist with LinkedIn research, company research and contact verification.

  6. Support the wider reseller growth process by ensuring prospect information is accurate, organised and actionable.

  7. Prepare simple summaries of new market opportunities or potential reseller regions where relevant.

  8. Maintain confidentiality and professional handling of company and reseller information.

Required skills:

  1. Excellent written English.

  2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  3. Comfortable with online research, spreadsheets and CRM systems.

  4. Able to follow instructions carefully and maintain structured records.

  5. Good internet research ability and confidence using LinkedIn, Google and company websites.

  6. Able to work independently and report clearly each week.

  7. Comfortable handling repetitive but important organisational work accurately.

  8. Experience with CRM systems, lead generation, admin support, research assistance or B2B support roles would be helpful but is not essential.

  9. Experience within dental, healthcare, medical, e-commerce or technology sectors would be advantageous but is not required.

Important:
This is an independent contractor role. The contractor will not have authority to contact resellers with commercial offers unless instructed, negotiate pricing, enter contracts or bind the company commercially.

The role is focused on research, organisation, CRM support and preparing qualified opportunities for the sales and management team.

Pay:
Monthly retainer based on agreed hours and experience.

Suggested salary range:
ZAR 6,000 – 10,000 per month

Working pattern:
Flexible part-time hours with some overlap with UK business hours preferred.
